I brought my car in with no dashboard electrical system. Austin kept me informed about what was going on and what they could do to repair my Buick Envision. He was upfront in letting me know that they had to order a part which would take a day to get. He called me early the next morning to also let me know that the system they needed to reprogram the new part was down and they would have to wait for it to be available. That meant another day without my car but he didn’t hesitate in letting me know what was happening. I had a rental car and I really appreciated his upfront communication. Keep him around! He called the next day to let me know my car was ready and that was early in the morning too. I appreciate a business with this type of employee. I have never done business with Bergland before, but this experience will bring me back.

Service was completed in a timely manner. The completed service was also high quality which is the most important.

I had an appointment to see a 2024 Chevy truck but it was sold before the appointment and no one called me to tell me that they had sold it. So I ended up getting a new truck
